Lost trail briefly right after Subway and then right after Ice Caves. We did not take either of those side routes but stuck to Kings Ravine. Trail markings on King’s ant these points can be hard to find. Had to backtrack twice. Found tracks of other hikers who had also initially gone the wrong way. The paint markings on the boulder scramble section of Kings have been significantly washed off - so be aware, but you are in general just headed up at this point though. Once you reach the cairns a bit higher up, no further issues. |
