Comments
Comments: Trail is in very good shape. Spotty snow starts about 3200', then a pretty consistent monorail about 3700'. I put on spikes from start of monorail and wore them up and back to that point. No snow on Starr King and the view point on Waumbek. Monorail was super stable today and looks like it will be for a while as the snow pack is dense. There were a few old post holes on the way up Waumbek, but of no concern. Glad to not have brought snowshoes!
