Comments
Comments: The trail was mostly dry and bare until close to the ledges, where we put on spikes for a few hundred feet. Then we took them off at the really ledgey spots as it was totally dry from there, then put them back on through Passaconaway. We took them off at about 3000 feet and bare booted out. Things were patchy & the monorail was disintegrating where it had persisted. Typical spring conditions, but honestly not bad!
