Comments
Comments: Cold, clear day with powder snow ranging from an inch at the trailhead to around 6” on the saddle between Flume and Liberty. Did an out & back from Liberty Springs. No tracks going to Flume Slide yet. Snowshoes took a free ride on my pack. Some other hikers seemed to find them useful as there was enough snow to warrant them. Trail began to get fairly packed down as much as powder snow can be.
